Are the published prices per person or per vehicle?
All prices listed on our website are per vehicle. The total amount includes all passengers allowed according to the selected vehicle’s capacity.
What happens if my flight arrives late?
No worries. We monitor all flights in real time and adjust your pickup accordingly at no extra cost. Your driver will wait for you even if your flight is delayed.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
You can modify the date, time, or destination of your transfer with at least 12 hours' notice. Just send a message to our support team to update your reservation.
Please note that all changes are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
What should I do if I can’t find my driver or representative at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area holding a sign with your name.

Can I add more passengers to my private transfer?
Yes, as long as the vehicle has available capacity. If your group becomes larger, we can offer a bigger unit or an additional service based on your needs.
How can I make changes to an existing reservation?
To modify your booking, send us a message or email with your confirmation number. Our team will update the details and send you the new confirmation right away.
What time should I schedule my pickup for departure to the airport?
We recommend scheduling your pickup at least 3 hours before domestic flights and 4 hours before international flights, considering traffic and check-in times.
Can I book a transfer for family or friends?
Yes. You can book on behalf of someone else — just make sure to include the correct passenger information and flight details.
Can I travel with a service dog or a small pet?
Yes, you may travel with your service dog or small pet.
Pets must remain inside their carrier at all times while in the vehicle. For safety and hygiene, carriers are placed in the rear area along with the luggage.
If cleaning is required due to spills, shedding, or strong odors, a cleaning fee of $65 USD may apply, as some passengers may have allergies.
What are the luggage restrictions?
Standard Checked Baggage:
Each passenger may bring luggage up to 62 linear inches (158 cm) — equivalent to 27" x 21" x 14" — with a maximum weight of 50 lb (23 kg) per piece.
Standard Carry-On Baggage:
One carry-on item is allowed with maximum dimensions of 45 linear inches (115 cm).
Personal Item:
You may bring one personal item such as a purse, briefcase, small backpack, camera, food container, or laptop case.
Luggage Limitations by Service Type

Special or Oversized Items
If traveling with non-standard items such as boxes, golf bags, bicycles, strollers, sports equipment, or baby gear, a larger vehicle or additional service may be required.

Do you offer transportation to private homes, Airbnbs, or villas?
Yes. We provide transfers to Airbnbs, condominiums, private residences, and villas throughout the Riviera Maya. Just provide the exact address when booking.
What happens if my service is canceled due to force majeure?
Due to the nature of operational costs and the unpredictability of certain events, we cannot issue monetary refunds if your trip is canceled, interrupted, or postponed due to causes beyond our control.
These include, but are not limited to: hurricanes, extreme weather, earthquakes, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or armed conflicts.
Your Guaranteed Solution: Credit & Rescheduling
Instead of a cash refund, we offer two flexible options:
Full Credit:
You will receive a credit equal to the total amount paid for the unused service.
Free Rescheduling (initial):
You may postpone your service and use your credit for a future reservation.
Your credit is valid for up to 12 months from the original service date and can be applied to any new booking.
Considerations for the New Reservation

If the service cost is higher on the new date (due to high season or rate adjustments), you will only need to pay the difference to complete your new reservation. -
