Cancellation Policy for Force Majeure / Events Beyond Our Control
Please take a moment to review our cancellation policies to learn how to modify or cancel your reservation smoothly.
What Happens If My Service Is Canceled Due to Force Majeure?
Due to the nature of operational costs and the unpredictability of certain events, it is not possible to issue a monetary refund if your trip is canceled, interrupted, or postponed due to causes beyond our control.
These causes include, but are not limited to: hurricanes, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, pandemics, strikes, or armed conflicts.
Your Guaranteed Solution: Credit and Rescheduling
Instead of a cash refund, we guarantee two flexible options:
-
Full Credit: You will receive a credit equivalent to the total amount paid for the unused service.
-
Free Rescheduling (Initial): You may postpone the service and use your credit for a future booking.
The credit will remain valid for up to 12 months from the original service date and may be applied toward a new reservation.
Considerations About the New Reservation
Price Variation: If the service cost is higher on the new date (due to high season or rate changes), you will only need to cover the difference to complete your new reservation.
Mutual Agreement: If your reservation is canceled for these reasons, please contact our customer service center. We will review your case to ensure an appropriate and mutually agreed solution. We want your vacation to happen — even if it’s a little later.
